Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned with all original labels and tags still attached.

Rugbyscarves.com reserves the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt and to make a final decision regarding any visible signs of wear, damage, use, or alteration. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To request a refund, please ensure that a return is logged through our website before sending the item back. Once the returned product has been received and approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. We do not accept requests for refunds to be issued to any alternative payment method.

If the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. We recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.

Exchanges

You are welcome to exchange your order for an alternative product within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to product availability.

Please ensure that an exchange request is logged through our website before returning the item, and check that the preferred replacement product is available before proceeding.

Any shipping costs related to exchanges are for the customer’s account.
